Refunds & Exchanges

Our policy lasts for 7 days from the time of purchase. If 7 days have passed since you made your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. Savemaxx reserves all rights to decide and judge which cases warrant a legitimate claim and can refuse any claims for any reason.

For orders delivered in the city of Fredericton, please ensure you are satisfied with the product at the time of delivery. Once our driver has made the delivery and you have accepted the item we can not offer any refund or exchanges.

For orders delivered outside the city of Fredericton (via Canada Post/Purolator):

Please send us the order details with the images of damaged product along with the packaging. Based on the damage assessment we will let you know the refund available. You can send the details to info@savemaxx.ca.

For any damages caused by the shipment carrier we will work with the provider to offer the refund decided by the insurance claim. If the shipping packaging is intact and product within is damaged we will refund the value of the product damaged.

Order Cancellations:  For any orders, where you have not received the ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email can be cancelled by calling or emailing us at the contact information provided. Please note we cannot cancel any orders once you have received the shipping confirmation email as this means the order has already been shipped out of our packaging center.
